1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NIS2Shield Gap Assessment tool by AurelFront, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is intended for organisations: by using it you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are acting for a business or in the course of your profession.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service provides an automated gap analysis based on your responses covering EU Directive 2022/2555 (NIS2). The output is generated by AI.

3. Not Legal Advice

Nothing in this Service constitutes legal, regulatory, or professional cybersecurity advice. Consult a qualified professional before making compliance decisions.

4. Payment and Refunds

The assessment is sold in three tiers — Essentials (€49), Report (€149) and Roadmap (€299) — all one-time payments, and the price shown is the total charged. You may cancel and get a full refund within 14 days by contacting joaofilipe.diasleite@aurelfront.com.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the courts of Porto, Portugal.
